We are seeking a highly motivated individual with over 5 years of relevant practical working experience in forest industry, bioenergy, supply chain management, logistics, or bioeconomy. As a Senior Consultant at BCon, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a team of experts to provide strategic and practical solutions to our clients.

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of relevant practical working experience in the forest industry, bioenergy, supply chain management, logistics, and/or bioeconomy.
• Experience and understanding of wood sourcing, harvesting, silviculture, or other related topics.
• Master´s degree in a relevant field
• Fluent spoken and written English. Additional language skills are a benefit (including Finnish).
• Ability to see the bigger picture, understand client needs, and think strategically.
• Ability to sell and execute consulting projects.
• Ability to work independently (including remote work) and travel for work.

Responsibilities:

• Sell, lead, and manage client projects from initial contact to final delivery.
• Develop and deliver innovative and effective solutions to clients.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in our industry segment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of BCon’s service offerings.
