Marko Uutela on BCon Oy:n perustaja ja toimitusjohtaja. Markolla on johtamiskokemusta yli kymmenen vuoden ajalta ja hän on työskennellut monipuolisesti muun muassa käytännön puunhankinnan, polttoaineiden- sekä energiantuotannon parissa. Marko on osallistunut vuosien ajan metsäbiotalouden kehittämiseen erilaisten maakunnallisten hankkeiden yhteydessä ja on toimiva linkki teorian ja käytännön välissä. Koulutukseltaan Marko on MMM, MH Joensuun yliopistosta. Töiden vastapainoksi hän harrastaa maastopyöräilyä, metsästystä ja kalastusta.
